Hard Rock Rising runs in stages, from local Cafe stages to the global finale.
Emerging artists submit an application for the chance to compete at participating Hard Rock Cafes.
Selected acts are notified by their local Cafe and invited to perform live, where fan voting
helps determine who advances through the competition.
