Take a seat, one of 180, on level 50 of Wyndham Ion Majestic Hotel & 1001 Night Hotel. Find us tucked-in the middle of an ancient, literally cool, rainforest. And at a crazy altitude of 6,150 feet/1800 metres within the Titiwangsa mountain range, it's the highest altitude hotel in Malaysia.
This staggering spot was set up in 1965 by a Malaysian businessman named Lim Goh Tong. Nowadays, it's mostly known for Resorts World Genting – a resort on a hill with casinos and theme parks galore. So if you're looking for a quick getaway or a peaceful retreat, this place is perfect for you. Plus, Genting Highlands is known as a primo holiday haven for locals and world travelers alike.

Come on up to Cloud 9, quite literally. Spectacular views, protruding selfie-areas and glass flooring on the 50th floor is just the beginning of our vibe. And if that's not enough, there's even a heated swimming pool in the café. This Hard Rock Cafe is a certain, one-of-a-kind place not to be missed. Here, it's okay to have your head in the clouds. No judgement.
Getting Here and There
Catch a ride on our hourly shuttle service to Genting SkyAvenue. It’s hassle-free – from Wyndham Ion Majestic Hotel at 8:10 a.m. & pick-up from Genting SkyAvenue at 8:30 a.m., hourly. Make sure you book in advance, at least 3 days before your arrival. The pick-up and drop-off point is located at Platform 7 & Platform 8, Bus Terminal 3, Genting SkyAvenue. Don't worry about a thing - you'll take to the sky in no time.
