"The Hard Rock team were AMAZING. We’d asked for a cocktail master class as a corporate Christmas event, and they got everyone at our event involved, shaking their stuff, and laughing. That itself was great, but the standout bit was just how hard the Hard Rock staff worked to speak to individuals, top up glasses even of those not having cocktails, tell stories and share anecdotes, and tidy the room as they went. It was great to watch a team so focused on ‘how do we give people the best night ever’ rather than just cocktail mixing element."
