If you are in the bus station of Playa del Carmen on Fifth Avenue, locate the modules are located around that area of the two shipping lines, go to representative of them and ask for the next trips to Cozumel and the cost of the tickets. They will give you directions to where the pier is and the color that will be the boat you will board.
The crossing from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel will be about 35 minutes, reaching the Island of Cozumel down from the ferry go to the exit where is the main street of the boardwalk and to the left is the site of taxis which you can request service with all confidence, request that they take you to the restaurant Hard Rock Café that is located in the Plaza Royal Village in front of the International Dock.
The time limit to move from the pier to the restaurant is approximately 15 minutes and we are on the main avenue.
