Whether you’re here as a thrill seeker or a culture enthusiast, our Innsbruck cafe offers something for everyone. You’ll find us on Maria-Theresien-Straße, a street full of quaint cafes, lovely boutiques, and stunning architecture. Our cafe is located within the historical 1577 Main House; we’ve taken great care to renovate the 500-year-old house to preserve its unique historic elements while adding the Hard Rock brand’s unique touch.

We have a goal - we want 85% regional added value for our food. And we come a significant step closer to our goal every day with many small partners and suppliers, as well as our two most important ones!

From day one, our burger buns and breads are delivered fresh every morning by Baker Ruetz.  For his Tyrolean breads, the traditional baker even grows his own grain on the Ruetz fields. This guarantees that the breads are truly natural, regional and fairly produced.

We also get our burger patties, ribs, meat kaas and the meat for our pulled pork fresh every day from the Piegger Butchery, a family business from Sistrans, a small village near Innsbruck. They stand for controlled, local top quality, “from the region, for the region”.
